• Orders are subject to availability and final confirmation prior to shipment.

IV. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are actively listed in your selected regional currency.
• Full payment must be successfully completed at checkout to initiate processing.
• Payment must be completed successfully before order processing begins.

V. Shipping & Delivery

Anticipated delivery times vary significantly based on your global location and the specific product type. ERREXCA Atelier is not legally responsible for shipment delays caused by external logistics providers, geopolitical events, or international customs clearances.

VI. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are permitted for standard collection items strictly within our designated policy period.
• To qualify for a return, items must be entirely unused, pristine, and housed in their original packaging.
• Returned items must remain unused and in original condition.

VII. Lifetime Craft Promise

Our commitment is to enduring craftsmanship and absolute material integrity. We do not provide repair or restoration services. Each product is fundamentally engineered to maintain its structure and function over time under proper care and maintenance.

Natural leather evolution—including patina development, structural softening, and tonal variation—is expected, celebrated, and strictly not considered a defect.

VIII. Intellectual Property

All structural designs, visual branding, photography, and written content belong exclusively to ERREXCA. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and protected by international law.

IX. Client Responsibilities
