I. Ordering & Payments

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and express checkout options including Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Due to the immediate processing of orders for order preparation and dispatch, modifications or cancellations are strictly possible only within 2 hours of purchase. Please contact Client Services immediately to request any urgent changes.

Every ERREXCA order is presented in signature packaging designed to protect the materials during transit and storage.

II. Shipping & Delivery

We offer Complimentary Express Shipping worldwide via trusted international carriers on all orders. Delivery typically requires 3-5 business days following a rigorous 1-2 day quality assurance and processing period. International customs clearance times may vary by jurisdiction.

Once your order has been finalized and dispatched from our facilities, you will receive a formal confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking portal. Please allow up to 24 hours for the initial logistics data to update.

We accept returns of unworn, unused items in their original pristine condition within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must remain unused and in original condition. Please refer to our dedicated Terms & Conditions for comprehensive instructions.

ERREXCA collections combine full-grain leather and natural linen selected for texture, durability, and timeless character.

Store products away from excessive moisture, prolonged sunlight, and extreme heat. Natural materials will evolve gradually with use and time.
